Name of company/service: HDFC bank
I got n number of calls from HDFC bank representative and at last agreed to submit all the documents like PAN / DL/ Salary slips & bank details in return of a life time free Credit card. I have checked there website after a while and found that they have rejected my application without any reason provided. I haven’t got any confirmation call after I submitted my documents. Before submitting they were calling on my cell phone n number of times a day. After inquiring with there customer care I haven’t received any justified answers. They told my documents were insufficient. How can my documents be insufficient as I have provided all the required documents they asked for. I think this is a simple case of cheating on part of HDFC bank as they are collecting personal information form unaware users. I need to inform all other users that don’t trust these guys they are all fake.
