too much bad customer service

hello sir,
my name is jitendra singh and i had bought royal enfield
350cc bike since 3 years before from indoor(m.p).sometimes time ago
went RIMIK MOTERS PVT. LTD(GWALIOR) for bike servicing and got myself
too much disappointed regarding customer service because they are too
much careless and have unskilled or unqualified working staff.staff
has no knowledge about spare parts of bike and also plays game at the
time of working.it does not matter for them that customer is beeing
satisfied by their service or not.everytime they give funny excuses
like sir we do’nt have clutch wire,oil seal these are minor parts and
company does not provide us quickly you will have to wait for 1 month
and will have to pay much cost for them.
besides this when i told them that i will
complain royal enfield about your too much bad customer service he
replied you may complain wherever you want nobody can do anything and
misbehaved also with me.
sir we know very well that
royal enfield not only a brand name it’s also a status symbol in a
domain.but now a dayz some service center of royal enfield are
declining their popularity that may cause of less selling of your
product in future.last year i preffered many of my friends to buy your
bike but after seeing your current service unable to preffer anyone in
future.

so it’s a humble request to you that
please do something regading customer service.
