I am ajay from Pune. Registered complaint ID in Samsung support “8423”I bought new Samsung galaxy Grand 2 worth Rs 21350. After 2 months it started giving me problems. Problems are as follows.
1. Hanging.
2. Screen Flickering.
3. In build app not working Properly.
4. Switched Off in between every 15-20 min (Not Restart).
5. Center Key problem.
6. Network Dropped.
7. Over Heating .
8. Start Up problem.
9. Battery meter shows unpredictable level.
All this problem are occurred in my phone that why i reached to service center. After submitting service center executive told me that your all problems has been solved but all this problems are reoccurred after two days of repairing then again i reached to service center and submitted phone for 7 days still this issues are persist in my phone. Then i had decided to contact Samsung customer care support. They told me to submit my phone in service center and this time they will resolve all problem and then revert me In this time they changed motherboard of my handset but when i got my phone again all this problem persist. After that i had talk with support executive and told my all problems and request for replacement of my phone but still they convince me to submit phone in service center. I am literally got frustrated to used this phone. Customer care support was not respond me well but still i am requesting to all people to replace my handset. i have getting continues call from customer care from last 3 days and literally they are irritating me to submit my handset in service center. at the last i don’t need there replacement. because the Samsung is not trustworthy and i need my cash back( Handset price)+ Reimbursement of my expenses for travel + compensation for using this faulty piece(because i hardy used this phone and mean time my phone is submitted in service center). Up till now i have visited service center 4 times in 8 months. please help me to get my cash back from Samsung mobile company.
