last month i had changed my plan and had got confirmation per sms,but i cant see that sms again because of no option of seeing that. then as per mts,one must change his plan 1 month before he is willing to have that plan. i didnt recieved any reply and no plan was changed.then i contacted customer care and online chat. they kept on giving me request numbers without any action.they told me that because of misunderstanding,they hadnt changed and they will change my plan after 48 hours.after 48 hours ,they told me that i need to register new request and pay the bills till date!even if i didnt had any fault,i need to play and got many days less speeds.and till now the plan isnt changed.if they change it,i get the speed only till end of the month.even if i didnt had any fault.then after givig me request number,they had given me a date that a person will come till that day and i need to pay,2 days after that my plan will be changed .till today noone came. i had called customer care 2 times and both the time they told me to wait and didnt reply for next 1 hours and so i had disconnected the call. i tried online chat and they keep on telling me I APOLOGIZE SIR. Still till now i hadnt got any response.
