I had booked a flight between goa and delhi scheduled in October 2012. Unfortunately the flight got cancelled. I received a message instantly from the airlines people regarding total refund of the ticket. But till today inspite of repeated mails, telephonic calls and requests the amount is not yet been refunded. Please help or guide me to get the blocked amount refunded.
