GMS Express Interation Courier Service failed delivered Courier booked on 13 Dec’2012

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: IBM India Pvt Ltd

I’ve booked Courier Consignment no# 411255203 with GMS Express(http://www.gms-express.com)Courier Service on 13 Dec’2012 which contains important leagal documents. This courier paceket booked from IBM Fortius FTP office location at Bangalore and receipt also has valid delivery address with receiver’s mobile number (Biswa Ranjan Thakur at Gurgaon). After 10 days of not delivery I have start follow-up with GMS courier as there website was showing 15 dec-12 its reached to Gurgaon but in TRANSIT. After too much of pressure GMS express updates there site with Courier delivered on 4 Jan’13 but it has not received by Biswa ranjan thakur and even receipt has not confirmed who has received delivered courier. Also, GMS and Courier boy (Raman) not able to provide any details to whom they delivered the courier. I suspect they lost the packets during transistion and not able to deliver till 15 Jan’2013.
I’ve huge loss due missing of legal documents, which should be recover from GMS Express courier services.

Thanks,

Suresh Papneja

On 9th October I sent a sent a courier from Rajkot [Gujarat] to Gurgaon, via GMS courier service, consignment number 702106038. After delay in delivery I started to follow up with the company. They are making excuses for the past 3 days and I have yet to receive a response regarding where my consignment is. I have important documents in the consignment that needed to be delivered on time, and I stand to suffer a great loss if those documents are not found. So far, no proper response or solution by the company.

They have been trying to convince me the parcel been delivered, but it has not been received by the person it was sent to, neither by the company the person works in [which was the address for delivery]. Firstly they should resolve this issue and apologise and compensate to all parties involved, and secondly, I am definitely advise people to not use GMS’s services again [as I wouldn’t either].

P.S. In your case, as well as mine, Gurgaon is the common link. I wonder why.
