money refunding

Name of company/service: BSNL

This complain is regarding unnecessary service provided by bsnl telecom company I bought bsnl GSM sim bearing phone no. 9412931275 many yeras ago.. I use this number regularly. 31/05/2012 I receive a massage from 540005010 service. I reply this massage and activate this service on my number and 10 rupees in deducted from my account , than I deactivate this service same time and costumer care said that no more balance deducted from my number in future. But 14/06/12 same service massage I received and Rs 10 is deducted my account balance. I call to costumer care about complaint at this time costumer care again said “ sir I have deactivate this service now no more amount will deducted from your number in future. But agian14/06/12 my balance has been deducted by same service, I called to costumer care again and complaint about the service at this time Mr. kishan and Mrs. Soniya ( constumer care representative)give me docket no. F26UT32099048 and F26UT32099053 respectively. Now 05/07/12 again same service massage came. And Rs10 had deducted from my balance. I again complaint about it. Mrs. Shahana gave me docket no. G05UT32121137. After it a call also came from deharadun office about my complaint. I told him all event. Now this service is deactivate on my number.
But a another service 540001005 has been activate on my number without my permission from 12/july/2012. and Rs 5 has deducted from my balance. I complaint about this service to costumer care and costumer care again said that “sir I have deactivate this service now no more amount will deducted from your number in future. And my docket no. is G12UT303360. Again on 19/07/2012 same service massage came and my balance deducted . again I call to costumer care and my docket no( complaint number) is G19UP300961.
Sir / mem . I complaint many time to the costumer care but no result. No body give me right information about my money refunding.
Sir I request you please take some strict action against this services and refund my money with in minimum time..

    Same problem is hapening with me with one change, i didnot replied or receivd any call from thm. 510001500 service is deductng my balance by rs 5 every week.
    They started this service without my permission and evn after they started it, they havent send me any joke msg they claim this service provides.
    They are also sayng that u must have replied for any msg or call from our side, But they dont have any proof for same and whn askd for proof they disconect and after 2 disconect, they automaticaly dont pic any call for 24 hours.
    I am sick of these services by bsnl, as they activate any service whose amount dependes on any balance we carry and without any prior information and reply from consumer. According to supreme court any such service can be activated by intrest of consumer (if he wants it, he will call) and any marketing call or message must be followed by another call by marketer asking permision from consumer.
    Please take action against these services.

    i am facing same problem yaar. i have called several times customer care they say they have deactivated the service and request will be processed in next 24-48 hours. what the hell bsnl is doing
