into Pre-paid on 12th oct 2011 for these transfer i paid Rs 256 extra amt in Annanagar(chennai)vide IB00013307368but in December i recvd post paid bill for Rs 1153/= I immediately informed the annanagar branch but Mr.ANAND told me to forget this bill,today i recvd LAWYER NOTICE,plz do the needful to solve this problem.
