Wrong information given to give Broadband connection and not providing after service even after lodging complaint and requests for 5 times.

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks

I am staying in pg in gurgaon sec 23. I’ve got tikona’s broadband connection on 9th july 12 in the name of our owner Mrs Sunita Chaddha. The sales person who came to provide information regarding this told that we can use 8-10 computers with the connection. But after getting the connection done we could only use 2 at a time. after that we complaint to the customer care of tikona. Customer Care verified that we can only use 2 connections. so we got cheated on this. later i talked to their technical department for solution. they asked us to buy static IP. it will solve the problem. Since 10th July i,ve requested for Static IP 5 times. every other time i call and ask for the follow up 1st they say their executive will come the next day and when he doesnt turn up and i call again they say ur request is not entered. the company is doing this time and again from the past 10 days. even after warning them that i’ll complain it to consumer court, they are not taking any action in the matter. I am totally frustrated with the company, so thats why i need consumer court’s help in the matter. every1 staying in my pg is suffering as we are not able to access the connection. If possible i would want to be compensated for the same too because i’ve invested alot of time in this regards and suffereed humiliation to.
