Hi,
I have booked one ticket though online to watch the IPL match between Banglore and Deccan. After some day I got one mail from Ticketgenie that ‘my ticket has been canceled due to some security reasons and money has been refunded’. It’s already 1 month gone that I have not received any amount form them. I mailed them many times also called many times. Neither I am getting reply nor getting response through phone. if anybody contacted Ticketgenie, please let me know.
