Dear Relaince Team,
This is a complaint regarding my Prepaid CDMA number which i am using since more then a year on my blackberry phone for mainly blackberry internet services, recenetly i have got it rechaged with rs 500 and got talk time of 600. Later when i checked my balance and i was shocked to find that i have only rs 100 approx left in my account, i called many time on 198 and *389 because they are mostly engaged, after long 1 hour of struggle i could connect to 198 and *389 but non of the memeber could resolve the issue and were not able to tell where the money has been used.
Yesterday night i again called up *389 and then after half an hour one of the senior member was able to lodge my complaint for money loss, and he told me that money has been used for browser service, which i never opted for apart from 398 unlimited plan of blackberry services.
I want my entire money back into my account which has been deducted against browser service which was not opted by me, secondly this money to be used for blacberry unlimited @ 398 only.
i hope you have understood the issue and would help me at earliest.
