I had booked a gas cylinder almost a month ago with Shreya Enterprises, Secunderabad (HP Gas). My Consumer number is 526668 and the booking ID was 287742. When I tried to enquire about its status, they asked me to make a new booking. So I did the same. The new booking ID is 188249. I have done two bookings but the cylinder has not been delivered yet The staff at Shreya Enterprises is not at all bothered when we go there personally. It is as if they are doing us a favour by talking to us. I had faced this problem already once in the past.
