Hello Sir,
Plz help me what i can do ,i bought a Samsung convection microwave (CE1031LATB) worth 11000/- (2/2/2008). with one year warranty.and also they promised that a person(executive) will come to our place for demo but no body came i complained for it many times but no result,that’s why we did not use it ,just we use to reheat the food in microwave safe containers (once or twice in a month )which was provided by samsung with microwave,but now the problem is one day i tried to reheat the food but the turning plate and light was not working i did call samsung customer care they send a executive at my place and he said that the microwave is not working due to PCP is not working ,i asked why it happened he said it can be possible any reason i did ask how much will it cost me to get it repaired he said it may be 3000/- i said how it can be possible if i didnt use it so much and the microwave is of 11000 and the PCPO is costing me 3000/- then i asked to our family person who used to work with samsung microwave he said that the customer care people are lying it cost just between 1000 to 1500/- not more then that ,i did complained about samsung people too but they didnt reply me ,i did call that person who was frm samsung to repair my microwave but he is also not coming to repair it ,plz tell me what we can do ,i want it to repaired at rite price not more then that coz i know they are asking double of their charge.
