  2. I have purchase the mobile phone set from QS Hod Deals their Product Code Kit No. 9999 advertisement in Dainik Bhaskar News Paper, Jabalpur (M.P.) Dated. 18.02.2016 against their Cash Memo No. E-19158 Dt. 20.02.16. I have received Faulty Screen Touch Mobile Hand Set. I have called to your executive are more time but they have not satisfactory answer to me. The mobile box found the charger in different mobile, flip cover and had phone not received in the box. I request you to kindly response to above matter as soon as possible for replacement / refund otherwise I will compliant to consumer forum
