wrong deduction

i am parney sagar from ambala my mobile no is 9355203603.problem is i am compliant reliance coustmer care 24-feb-2014 time-7:00 am. Beacuse company has deduct the 1100 rs balance in my account.then i registar my complaint in Reliance Applet Authority but no one can solve my problem please refund my balance
4 march 2015 he sa there has been no wrong deduction on your number senior of repliance applet authority not understand my problem he say you can submit your compliant in consumer court
