This is 2rd reminder mail . none of Vodafone person responded . this is a way giving support to your customers.
My name is Karunakar my vodafone number is 9916657757, I have been charged an additional download charges of 99 Rs. for the month of Feb 2015 towards downloading some fake application called d2c_Slponi_looka by Vodafone on 22 nd January 2015. I have already raised a complaints this fake downloads. but every alternative month you are charging for downlods. But last your higher offical promised me wont get any bill in future . This seems to be absolute bull shit from Vodafone. I know for sure that I didn’t download the application and also I am a tech savvy person and I also know for sure that my smart phone did not download anything in the background without my knowledge.
Every month I am having problems with these stupid Vodafone billing application and it kept charging me every alternative month. I have to fight with these customer care agents every month to revert the charges. I am fed up with the service of Vodafone as it seems to be simply generating fake bills without any care for their customers. I have been using this connection for more than 5 years.
If this charge of Rs.99 rs. + Taxes is not reverted withing 24 hours, I won’t be paying the fake bill that you have generated.i Wont pay the current bill and i will cancel all my 85 company connections.
More over i will hand over all fake bills your competitors. they will use as a marketing tool.
