SUB: FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT Dear Sir,

1) I have bought my handset HTC desire 700 on October 2014 in Supreme paradise – Coimbatore having facing problems right from the day of purchasing . Now submitted the phone to HTC service center in Coimbatore on 6/5/2015.

2) Got it on 13th May 2015. still it is not worked well like malfunction in ringtone and dual sim problem due to service not done in properly

3) Submitted again to HTC center Bangalore on 19.05.2015 Note: Nobody is picking phone from Bangalore TVS electronics +91 9880184892 Regarding this service problem i am struggling more.I dint accept this from a reputed company like HTC will never be buying your cell again.

i had send several mail regarding my device issue. Nothing step you have taken from your end. In Bangalore service center they are not picking my phone call . you are sending several ticket number which i have to follow i dnt know. nothing ticket no you mentioned device still not status updated in online this is time for me to take legal action on HTC service center. its almost 9 days over . even we given in direct service center there is no chance to get delay due to transport etc i given my mobile no several time to contact . but your people calling for some other no which i given early service. yesterday i called Bangalore center where i given device for service. they told that due to server problem they cant see status bloww bloww bloww answer. they ask me to call today but the number is switch off what is this ?????? in beginning i felt HTC mobile only doing malfunction but now only realized HTC service center people also doing malfunction
