I am writing this mail to seek help/support regarding missing parcel from TrackOn courier.
A parcel was sent to me from Meerut (Near Delhi) to Pune on 22nd May.
On tracking the consignment no. throught the companies website “http://www.trackoncouriers.com/track1.aspx” it reflects that the parcel has reached the destination city on 25th Morning.
Till now i have not received the parcel.
I tried contacting all available nos. from net of TRACKON but none is reachable.
I have given mail also thrice to concrned customer care department, but with no response.
Neither i am getting the office location in the city, as the address provided on the companies website is fake. No office exists at the mentioned address.
We use courier service & pay premium charges for fast & secure delivery of parcels. But this is what we are getting.
Need urgent support to get the Parcel
