cheating through recruitment

They are taking money in the name of interview those who have been qualified in rrb conducted by ibps. They took rs.150 from each candidate and later on told u r not qualified interview. This is direct cheating and harrasment for job seekers. If we got less marks in rrb then lic fhl should have given cutoff. These is not at all fair looting public. I want each and every candidate money to be refunded along with compensation. LIC HFL YOU CANT MAKE PUBLIC FOOL
