I have Purchased Samsung Wave 3 and Plantronics Bluetooth Headset from Croma Store Malad (Invoice no SLF02A002010021736) . While I started using the products within next 2 days I started receiving problem of Bluetooth frequency range and frequent disconnect within the range of 1 meter. I contacted Croma store few days later from the date of purchase so they suggested me to contact service center.I communicated online on samsung srevice they suggested me to visit nearest Service centre. so I visited Srvice centre in Borivali west they kept the phone and updated the software still no Solution. again visited so kept the Bluetooth headset for 2 days. suggested to replace mother board under warranty, and did the same. hence again no solution done. problem persist again. now there is another issue created of auto switch off (Phone swithing off automatically and not switching on while pressing the on/off button. need to remove battery and put it back and then it start) so the technical person siad there is the moisture in the battery and will not happen again. but the issue remains the same . replaced the battery for temporary period to check whether it occurs agin. the problem still occur.

Hence I would like to get Replacement of the Product
