Sony Ericsson Mobile (model No.CK-13i) purchased from Rahul Electronics, Connaught Place, New Delhi – refund of money as Handset is not working due to manufacturing defect in the set

I had purchased the Sony Ericsson Mobile (model No.CK-13i) from Rahul Electronics, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 on 30.03.2012. The said phone is continuously hanging from its purchase date and despite of several requests of mine, the Rahul Electronics had not changed the handset and referred the matter to service centre located at Laxmi Nagar. On inspection of Handset at Sony Authorized Service Centre (Maa Vaishnavi Services), they found that a manufacturing defect is in the handset and needs immediate replacement. The PVN No. is PVNR124081003. I Request you refund my hard earned money immediately otherwise I will move to the Consumer Court for mental agony and unnecessary harassment.

Don’t buy Sony Ericsson mobile phones as they are hanging and do not have good life and if there is a problem in the set you have to roam here and there…which is complete waste of time as well as money.
