please help me out from this problem that idea mobile company bard my mobile no. (9889474747)and issue another person where my image has been down in my known circle , i do not know why the did this because i went to company’s govind nagar (kanpur)office they said that this is our policy if you switch off your mobile more than 10 days your number will be terminate. but when i bought this number i did not signed any such kind of document where written that if i switch off my number the company will terminate my number and issue to other person , please help me out from this problem because my this number is register every ware.
