Excessive bill on Vodafone internet connection no 983079979 registered in name of neha poddar for month of February 2012 of amount RS 4287.32. with similar usage my previous average bills were around Rs 1100 per month.
Due to excessive billing i asked for a detailed bill which they are not providing with moreover they have also stopped my no 9830317870 another vodafone connection which i use for my regular communication purposes without any notice.A vodafone representative named Sumit Dutta called from this no 9836105092 saying that you pay the bill otherwise we’ll take legal action.we asked for detailed bill which he refused to give on technical grounds.we asked to provide him his senior’s e-mail id and contact no which he refused to give..lastly we asked for e-mail/written conversation which he refused to do..
Please take my compalin and save me from bullying by Vodfone representative SUMIT DUTTA and harrasment caused by vodafone Kolkata circle.
