i purchased “Seagate Expansion 2 TB External Hard Disk” which was mentioned as 2.5″ HDD with no external power, what i received was 2 TB 3.5″ HDD with external power, which was available at much cheaper rate elsewhere.
i tried to follow up with customer care, but their resolution date has come and gone, what i receive in mail is an answer which i probably feel is a standard template, which says they are in constant touch with merchant, every thing except a conclusive reply.
what am i supposed to do now.
