MOBIKWIK is a making false advertisements and making customers fools

i purchased some product from shopclues through mobikwik site, as they are advertisgin that if any one purchase products from shopclues through mobikwik, they will offer 20% cash back,
but even after following the procedure of purchasing through mobikwik wallet, i haven’t received any cash back, even they are not providing any customer support number, and also they wont respond for mails also.

please refund the discounted money
