wrong billing/twice billing and suspension of connection

sir! issue is about Net connect + data connection
I had paid Rs. 1350 on 26/09/2014 as advance rental valid for 3 months means up to 25/12/2014 and company have to provide 5GB data high speed+ unlimited low speed/ month but company generate wrong bill .I lodged complain on reliance net connect costumer care on 10/11/2014 complain no. is 226692212. they promise to resolve the issue within 5 day but not till today. they accept system fault but suspend my connection no 9307435292.
I talked about 30 time and they answer the same ,please wait till resolution.
sir, look in the matter . i want compensation for interruption in service for which i have already paid.
