Missplaced of courier delivery

a courier containing few important books were sent to me from my resident in Lucknow through FedEx on 22/09/2014 with tracking no. 771227416254 to Delhi. but after 10days of waiting the courier was never received. on 02/10/2014 i received a call from an unknown number of Miss Deepshikha of Hydrabad saying that my courier is delivered to her. soon after i called the Lucknow office of FedEx who at first said that the courier is still in Lucknow & when i repetitively asked them to check & contact Miss. Deepshikha, they did it & then confirmed that my courier is misplaced to Hydrabad & that it would be urgently delivered to me in Delhi. But to me great disappointment the courier was delivered to me on 10/10/2014 at 05:40pm Tracking no. 805741528650 & the delivery boy was so rude that i felt ashamed to even ask him the reason of such poor service.
Due to this delay & misplacement of my important books i was in tremendous mental pressure because it is needless to say that in medical field we refer to our books for complex medical issues. This is one of the bad service & complete unprofessional behavior from FedEx .
