I bought iphone 5s gold from SNAPDEAL which was lost by courier service (bluedart)

Bluedart informed SNAPDEAL that they lost the product but stil SNAPDEAL is not refunding my money

Its a high value parcel

Its a 37000 valued parcel

The customer care is worst because they could not help me in any case.

REQUEST TO EVERY ONE THAT NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL

  2. My Query has yet not been resolved

    You guys are still confusing me by just giving false promises.
    You guys are just not processing my money.

    Its been paid from my credit card, and i am paying interest on them.

    My loads of money just got spent because you guys do not have an hotline number and its an STD number for me .
    I did more then 50 calls each lasts for 30mins each.

    Calculate the amount i have spent to get my money back from u which was paid to u guys a month back
    Do u still think anyone can suggest and support your site to buy any product.

    I am not happy with the saree ..but snapdeal is not accepting my account details as I want to return it .. again and again I am doing the same process..disappointing
