i purchased a value pack of the following products:
1.USB VACCUM CLEANER
2.USB FLEXIBLE 3 LED LIGHT
3. LCD CLEANING KIT
i ordered it on 16th sept, 2012 and received the product on 1st oct. more than 15days to deliver the product. when i received the product, it was all cramped into a small box. when i opened the box there was no vacuum cleaner rather there was a 4-port usb hub. more over the lcd cleaning kit contains water and no cleaning liquid because it doesn’t cause any bubble when shaked(my previous cleaning liquid makes bubbles.). i called shopclues customer care, but couldn’t talk to the customer care executive. then i emailed them. 3times.but no response from there side. so what do i do now?
