Call Disconnect By agent

Actually i have problemb gprs related few some dayes in my mobile no-9051051367.When call warm transferr from First source to Kochar,with my permisson… 03-10-2012 at 10.50 a.m….I want to put a complaint, your CCE agent (Arijit Das) from Kochar call disconnect from his site without my permission fourcefully blank transfeer a blank avaya..The thing is that my problemb is not solving..Not help from agent Subhajit Sarkar from Kochar…Plaese refersh tranning your agent Arijit Das…Wrong Virviage,Wrong Hold proceed follow..cheque it…
And whenever i calling Nodal number 98304 10285 ringing but not responce.So many time call nodal officer..So i request please follow enquary your Quality depertment by audit this call.Please cheek what is my fault?????And call back my number and as soon as possible feedback mail my mail address….At last i request please don’t termination this agent ( Arijit das) just provide feedback.
If my problem not sollution in gprs related and again call dicsonnection from kochar with any agent,without permission..Be seriously again mail to First Track and as per Trai…Please feedback from A.M from Kochar GPRS helpdesk..
