NHO : Cheating their customer by wrong commitments

Hi,

I purchased online healthcare cards from NHO which was told by telecaller a govt aided organisation to support customers on healthcare benefits like free consultations & concessional pharma & pathology benefits but

On reading the benefits doc recived througth courier along with cards, I was shocked to see that whatever committed was not there. Tele-caller (01409305206) has cheated me by giving wrong/false commitment to me.
I was told to get free consultation fee for 2 yrs of your selected doctors/hospital but only one consultation is written in the brochure. I have verified the same on their website where it is clearly written to have free consultations .

I was told to get a recorded CD of commitment along with card but did not received. No doctor/pharma & pathology mentioned is excepting this card.

Also every time I calls up the tollfree 18001034850 (msg will revert – No-one available to speak with you), 08040554800 is reception number always ask to call back even in working hours. Also I was told to have 24 * 7 tollfree facilities to take request but that is not available even on working hour.

Now I am repeatedly calling their call center & reminder over email but not getting any revert on refund.
