Misleading product information and product delivery

Name of company/service: Naaptol

This is regarding a product I purchased from www.naaptol.com website.

I had ordered “KENKO 10×25 DH Binoculars” on 22 Aug 2012. However what I’ve received after 8 days on 30 Aug 2012 is “KENKO 10×25 DHSG Binoculars”. As you can see there is difference between the two products, please note I ordered the “DH” variant, not “DHSG”.

Hope you can make out the difference in the products. On contacting your customer care, I was first told the product I’ve received was the offer product and my main product is yet to be received. After a brief discussion as to when I’ll receive my original/main product I was told the two products are the same and it is what I had ordered.
On insisting that it is NOT the same I was put on hold indefinitely, obviously to ignore my issues and subsequent consequences.
