Delay in repairing watch

Name of company/service: Metro watch

I bought i Titan watch worth Rs.3800 past year in december. Unfotunately, it belt got broken so i went to Metro (Titan dealer) at borivali-east. So he told me to change the body of watch and he committed of 14days maximum. But now its more than 2 months but he is just delaying it by giving excuses. I want an immediate action on this. 022-28019445. He is making customer to follow up with them as if we dont have any work and very bad service of customer satisfaction.
