I have a Tatasky connection(ID 1015892092) in my home since 2006 and I usually make online annual payment. On 10th May 2014 my TV screen the subscriber ID for was displayed as 1085600458.This ID had been displayed since the time the set top box had been changed in the month of Feb 2014.Asuming that as my changed ID I recharged the A/c with Rs.500 through paytm order no 513471797 as I was unable to login using the ID displayed on my TV set..When I found that there was no change in the A/c balance. I contacted Tatasky customer care.At late hours around 11.00pm I found the change in the Subscriber ID displayed in my TV screen as1015892092. I immediately contacted Tatasky customer care and informed them about the blunder they had done. They assured me that by 12th May my A/c will be recharged with Rs.500.On 12th May 2014 I received a call from person (914067207920 ) saying that I should mail my problem along with supporting documents and they will be refunding the amount.I immediately sent the documents(bank statement and along with a mail from paytm.Tata sky customer care did not take any initiative to rectify the mistake they had done inspite of my sending nearly about 15 emails. They asked me to contact paytm and request them to refund Rs 500/-.Thus passing the responsibility to others.They are in habit of doing this kind of mistake.
Since 26.05.14 again a different ID no(1124952829) is being displayed on my TV screen.I had requested them that they should be little careful so that this kind of mistake is not occurring again and again because this creates problem for people like us.They are least bothered about customer care and only aim at making money.
I therefore request you to look into the matter.
