I had purchased a mobile handset MICROMAX BOLT A061 from the website of Indiatimes.com Order no::3003295787 in which along with so many features it is shown that this model supports 3G connectivity so I purchased it online and made payment through credit card. When I used the mobile I find that this handset doesn’t Supports 3G which I confirmed from the site as well as call center of Micromax. I complained the same to Indiatimes for the same complaint number::1409499, in which I send them the screenshot of Micromax website page showing the feature of 2G connectivity and snapshot of the box packing of the product showing nowhere the 3G feature. After receiving the mail the company accepted there fault and offered me a another handset of 3000Rs and gift vouchers of 1000Rs as an adjustment for there fraud. Which I refused and asked for the refund or replacement with Micromax Canvas Engage A091. But from last 23 Jun 2014, after raising the complaint the company is not resolving the issue. Every time whenever they call or if I call them they ask for some more time. which is now more than 16 days, and now there complaint Managers Mr Rajesh and Mr Shyam avoiding to contact. As this company is showing a feature which is not at all available in a product a selling it by making the people full, then this is a clear cut case if 420. Please help me out to get my refund as now I don’t want any replacement.
