unexpected balance deduction

Sir,now i m very much fed up with aircel this is now the 5-6 time i got this kind of problem..my no is 8802002262…5rs were deducted from my account on 6 july 2014 around 2 pm…i got a msg which states that thankyou for using aircel service..rs 5 will be deduct from your accont for some kind of game…i don’t know hw can i get the game when i didn’t open the aircel pocket internet sight…i want to claim the refund for this on aircel…..pls help me on this…i request you pls….
