Misguided

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: ICICI Lombard Health Insurance

According to my Policy, I was able to get a general ward for Rs.1500 under my claim.. But my doctor was only able to get it operated in higher class room for Rs 2000 a day..

So i called ICICI Lombard and spoke to a manager who sent a mail to Lilavati Hospital Bandra to allow the ward for Rs.2000 and promised that i would be paying only the difference in the amounts which was Rs.500 a day.. But that wasnt what happened.. So i was misguided according to the way i could be admitted and couldnt get the whole claim.. So i am complaining if the Forum could help me out get my whole claim because this was misinformed which is the company’s fault and not mine..
