Outstanding Bill

Location/place: Satgaon, Guwahati

My plea to the honourable Sir,

1. Suddenly a bill of Rs.14950.00 during sept 2010 comes. On my enquiry the bill is rectified with waivement of Rs. 13704.86 after the end of 3 months. But during these 3 months late payment fees charged (697.50+743.35+106.24). Again on various communications 1t was rectified during the month of Feb 2011 & July 2011.
2. After rectification it has been ascertained from the inception i.e. 17th March 2009 to 16th April 2011 my bill always varies from Rs200 to Rs 400. But again during May & June 2011 the bill comes to Rs. 2968.58 & Rs.4168.57 respectively. Then I had lost my patience and no communication was made with Airtel. Still I had paid Rs 440.00 @Rs. 220.00 for two months as usual and balance still remains Rs. 7252.30.
3. I was also harassed over telephone/ by sending officials at my residence during my absence also disturbing many times in the office time and in my busy schedule uttering bad language.
4. At last I was summoned at Lok Adalat by serving notice through police personnel at my residence defaming me in prestigious society.
5. Now I have no alternative but to file defamation case against Airtel authority.
