I was traveled Yesterday (27.04.2013 At 7.45 PM )from Majestic to Jalahalli Cross, I was get entered in to the bus in Majestic ,there was big crowd, some ladies seats are empty a few ladies are sat on the seats. I was standing near to the ladies Set (the Ladies Set is Empty)the conductor came and told go inside I said wait let them go inside than I will go inside. Suddenly the conductor was come back and threatened me that I will give police complaint against me if you are standing here than the conductor was used bad words ugly scolded me in front of the passengers which was hurt me lot , but I am not done any mistake in the bus and am not disturbed anybody in the bus. I am questioned him why you are threatened me like that. His response was not healthy. Suddenly I told him I will give a complaint against your BMTC Department than given all the information about him The details are mentioned below

Also when I was getting done in Jalahalli Cross the Driver is called me and Scolded very badly.
Please look in to this issues , The Conductor was hurtled the Customer and take Legal action on them
