false commitment and cheating

My no. Is 9890233632.
I requested for mnp
code.
After 2 days i received a
call from executive
saying not to port to
other operator we will
reduce your call rate by
1.2ps for 2 second.
N these offer will be
activated within next 48
hours.
And cancelled the port
request.
I didnt get any response
in next 48 hours.
I complaind calling 198.
N got complaint no.
CMBNR304232887.
Executive told me she will
activate it by now.
And next day i got a
confirmation call from
airtel saying that benifit
are activated.
I checked call rate were
reduced.
After 2 hours of this
confirmation call my call
rate were 1.2 per second.
When i inquired about this
executive told me that
no pack is activated on
my no.
Airtel cheat me.
Plz help me.

    And no update.
    Ur executive told me that he will resolve it whthin 24 hour.
    No call till now.
    Once again false commitment from your side.

    Its two days now.
    Resolve issue now or refund all money that i wasted on your services.
    Since i bought new sim card.
    I am waiting for more than 15 days.
