This is to inform you that I had purchased one Micromax Mobile modle no:- Q1C on Dec 2011 which is not working properly from day one.When I go to your S S Telecom Auth.S.Center at Dak Banglow Patna MEMO NO:-134 they told me after one week that my LCD was broken and sorry to say that till date my mobile is in ur service center they are telling that company is not sending this LCD till date.KINDLY TAKE THE ACTION AT EARLIEST.REGARDS SUDIP KUMAR PATNA 9334025393.OUR MAIL COMVERSATION AS FOLLOWS:-

Till date my problem is not solved nor somebody bother to take any action on this matter.
