Through dtdc, appliaction for job from guwahati to kolkata is not reached in 7 days

I am a regular customer of dtdc from Guwahati,Assam. i have sent one document from guwahati on 16/08/2012 with consignment no. K58119367 to office of ADME-II, at 4th floor of A-wing of swasthya bhawan. GN-29,Sector-v, Saltlake, Kolkata-700091. the document contain one application and the last date to reach the application to above address is 24th auguest 2012. i was checking on dtdc website from 20/08/2012 but it is shown ‘out for delivery’ till today.
