orignal bill not received

My name is Ashish Arora. I am writing this complaint from Goraya, Distt Jalandhar, Punjab. It is regarding the bill not received from the shopkeeper.
On 11-08-2012, I went to Sony Auto Parts, Goraya, Distt Jalandhar for the service of my bike. I purchased one Castrol power -1 engine oil from him. On the bottle there was written free gift with each bottle. I asked the shop keeper about my gift, he told me that it in the bottle only. So I opened the bottle but there was nothing except the oil. I told him that there is no any gift so he told me that our luck. You have not received the gift. I complained the same to the Castrol customer care cell they informed me that there is one scratch card with each bottle which the shop keeper has not given to me. They told me ask the shop keeper for the card. I asked the shopkeeper again. But he denied. Later on after the completion of my bike service when I asked him to give me the bill, he simply gave the one white paper, on which he has mentioned all the prices of the service and engine oil.
I requested him to give me the original bill but he is denying the same.
Pls help.
