My self Sunil Kesre from MUMBAI has Micromax A75 on 21/07/12 have given my phone for repair as touch screen was not working properly. Service centre persons told me It will take 8 to 10 days for as shortage of spare parts.
On 22/07/12 I spoke to micromax service centre executive on 011-44770044 and addressed the issue of Shortage of spares, Gentleman said company will revert on this issue with in 72 hours, but NO one reverted.
Today again when I called on 011-44770044 I spoke to Mr. Deepak he said it will take another 08 days starting from today, this means total it will take 15 days for phone repair.
I fee this is harassment of customer. I seek an explanation from company for such delayed approach. There is no proper support as far as customer care is concern.
This fact you should tell ( advertise) to customer at the time of promotion / selling of product. You are misguiding to customers.
