Courier Delay Beyond the Time limit and not getting proper Response from the courier company

Location/place: Kanpur

Name of company/service: Flyking Courier Services Pvt.Ltd.

I have sent a courier via this company from Kanpur to Noida on the date of 17/07/2012 and till now the courier yet not delivered as well as not getting proper response from the company that why the courier is delayed and what is the problem behind this delay .
