I am Namit kapoor and i bought a Mufti Blue Denim through Naaptol.com under a discounted price through internet and when i received the product i was really amazed after looking at the substandard product in front of me and when i was trying it its button came off and its size was also not similar to other branded Denims.I felt cheated that too after paying 1100 rs. including shipping charges as total purchase amount and when i contacted their customer care they told me that we can’t return or exchange the Denim you just have to keep it with you and we can’t help you in any way.So please help me so that it doesn’t happen with anyone else in near future.
