Mentally and Financially Harassment to Customers

I was a very satisfied customer till the end of July, but now I am surprised that Docomo is such a worst company I have ever been with..
My balance was surprisingly deducted by Docomo of Rs.25.96 on 11th August’2012 at 10:52am..
I had called the customer care service at 121, 1800 420 8282, 9033012345 atleast more then a hundred times a day.
The day on which my balance was deducted (i.e 11th August), I went to the Docomo Office at Race Coarse Circle, Vadodara , and after a long time of waiting they promised me to refund my amount back as I had registered my complaint within 48 hours from the activation of such useless plan named “Business” within 24 hours, and the most surprising thing was I was not refunded with the amount even after 48 hours from the time of complaint..

Yesterday (i.e 12th August), I called up the customer care at 121 and they surprisingly picked up my phone. They gave an excuse that there system is not working and told me to call after 1 hour.
And according and their satisfaction, I called up them after 2 hours, each time I would call, it would ring once or twice then docomo used to either cut my call or played a song..

Today is 13th August and I had called up docomo customer care at 4:15pm and till now the mobile is aside me and since 1hr 20 min there are playing the docomo song.
Isn’t it surprising, that is why I didn’t cut my call because I knew if I cut my call, then wont be able to call again as you will disconnect my call.

When I went to the Docomo office they said that 48 hours are already over after the activation of such useless and stupid plan by docomo, and they wont refund my money.

Now my main point is that we the consumers are not the beggars of the company like you whom you would think of making fool..
If I am not refunded with my balance back then I am straight away going to submit an application to the consumer forum and will take legal actions against to stop the functioning of a company which is made for harrasing and troubling people..

This problem was faced by me for then 4 times for the unwanted subscriptions of Call Me Tunes, and other alert packs like Mi-feelings etc.
I was silent since long but this I am not because you have crossed you limits.
This may be a small matter how can we say that maybe everyday you loot more thousands like me, but they are unable to resolve by customer care like me.

This is a final warning to Tata Docomo to resolve this problem, or else if this email is avoided then I will have to take the help of Consumer Court to take the harsh legal action against the company.
