Documents not being submitted

I am Raghav Malhotra my vodafone number is 9711312253 which is taken on 7th of august by submitting all the documents as per requirment by the company but after 1 day my services was barred then again i submitted all the documents on 9th of august but again my services was barred now when i complained to the coustomer care they are saying please submitted the doucments again.
