Balance Deducted from my prepaid Card

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Unfair balance deducted from Uninor

I have not done anything from my cell phone But I got message that u have been charged for callertunes and MMS.
Rs.45 has been deducted from my account and customer care refuse to register complaints.
My No. 9870004604 and I am using Uninor network. Kindly look into this issue.
