Hi,
I purchaased symphony cooler (Model-Jumbo) on 22nd May 2013. After a week only the motor got faulty. I am following up with customer care and company people, but no response and no resolution till date.
i spend Rs.8000 for nothing and its almost a month in summer living without a cooler. I got mentally sick and faced a lot of suffering. I made multiple call, mails to them, but no response.
Please help me to file a complain against this company for mental harrashment and suffering.
I have track record of no of calls made as well as all mail record sent to them, but didn’t received any assistance.
